1. Overview

We are committed to supplying quality tools and machinery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns may be accepted under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

A product may be returned if:

• The return request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and components are included.
• A valid receipt or invoice is presented.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or installed machinery.
• Electrical or electronic tools once powered or installed.
• Custom or special-order items.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
• Provide proof of purchase and clear photos (if applicable).

If confirmed as defective (and not due to misuse), we may:

• Repair the product, or
• Replace the product (subject to availability), or
• Offer a refund at our discretion.

Manufacturer warranty terms may apply.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
• Delivery or transport charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be allowed for:

• Incorrect size or specification purchased.
• Product upgrades (customer pays the price difference).

Exchange approval is subject to product condition and availability.
