The EMAS 272 Cut-Off Saw is a powerful and heavy-duty concrete cutting machine designed for professional use in construction, roadwork, and industrial applications. Engineered for strength and precision, this machine is ideal for cutting concrete, asphalt, bricks, tiles, and other hard materials with ease.

Powered by a high-performance 2-stroke petrol engine (72.5cc), the saw delivers approximately 3.5kW (≈4.7HP – 6.5HP) of cutting power, enabling it to handle tough materials efficiently. It supports high-speed blade rotation (up to 10,000 RPM) for smooth, accurate, and fast cutting results.

The machine is equipped with a diamond cutting blade (14”–16”) and a maximum cutting depth of up to 125mm (≈12 inches capacity), making it suitable for deep and precise cuts. A built-in water cooling system helps reduce blade overheating and dust, improving efficiency and extending blade life.

Designed for durability and comfort, the EMAS 272 features a robust frame, ergonomic handles, and anti-vibration system, reducing operator fatigue during long working hours. Its recoil (rope) start system ensures reliable ignition, while the compact design allows easy handling and portability on-site.
