Description
A gasoline tiller machine (also known as a petrol tiller or cultivator) is a powerful agricultural tool used for preparing soil, loosening ground, and mixing fertilizers before planting. It is widely used in farming, gardening, and landscaping to improve soil structure and make planting easier and more efficient.
These machines are powered by a petrol (gasoline) engine, typically ranging from 5HP to 8HP, which provides strong torque for breaking hard soil and working on large land areas. For example, common models like 6.5HP tillers deliver about 4.8kW power, making them suitable for medium to heavy-duty farming tasks.
Gasoline tillers usually feature a wide tilling capacity (around 900mm) and an adjustable tilling depth of 150mm to 300mm, allowing users to prepare soil at different depths depending on crop requirements. They also come with multiple gear options (forward and reverse), making them easy to control and maneuver in the field.
The machine is designed with strong rotating blades (tines) that dig into the soil, break clods, and mix organic matter effectively. Some models also support additional attachments such as ploughs, weeders, and seeders, increasing versatility for different agricultural tasks.
Gasoline tillers are built with durable steel frames and large wheels for stability and long-term use in rough farm conditions. They are ideal for small to medium-scale farms, gardens, and landscaping projects, offering faster and more efficient soil preparation compared to manual tools.
